Cancellation, No Call No show, Late Arrivals Policy

At Spa Secretz, we strive to provide a personalized and positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time reserved is exclusively for you. We understand things happen and if you should need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that it is done at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to schedule another client in your place if needed. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of your appointment or less than 24 hours to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 30% of the scheduled service(s).
Spa Secretz strives to provide high quality service, which includes on-time appointments. Timing is everything and you don’t want to infringe upon another client’s appointment. We understand things happen but if you see you may be running late 15 minutes or more, please contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your appointment, however, you may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment or less than 24 hours to your appointment, will be charged a fee of 30% of the scheduled service(s).
Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No-Show” fee, which is 50% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s). *Two no-shows will result in a client not being able to book with Spa Secretz again.
Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may be asked to reschedule if we are unable to accommodate your appointment.   
ALL cancellations and no-show fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.

Sick Policy
If you are sick, feeling unwell, symptoms of COVID, Flu, cold, or waiting for a COVID test result please reschedule. If you do not have an appointment but are looking to book and the aforementioned apply, please book at least two weeks out.  

Inclement Weather Policy
We understand that weather conditions can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We are concerned with the safety of both our clients and our employees. In the case that inclement weather interferes with scheduled appointments Spa Secretz will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to weather conditions, please give us as much advance notice as possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather.
Service
Spa Secretz reserves the right to refuse service to any person without reason or advance notice.


Post Waxing Do’s and Don’ts
Waxing is a form of exfoliation, because it removes the top layer of dead skin as well as undesired hair opening your follicles. This increases your skins sensitivity and leaves the skin open for germs, deeper penetration of products, etc. These helpful do’s and don’t are instrumental in a safe and enjoyable waxing experience.  
DO
Wear clean loose clothing for 24 hours to prevent rubbing of skin against clothing causing irritation and possible ingrown hairs
Exfoliate 2 days after and apply any ingrown serums or moisturizers. Do this at least 3 times a week following your wax
Moisturize with a non-scented or organic moisturizer 
Clean any makeup application tools i.e. brushes, beauty blenders etc
Schedule your next wax appointment in 4 weeks (this can be done the day of your appointment at checkout or any time after)
Maintain your scheduled appointments
DON’T
Expose skin to the sun or tanning beds or sprays for at least 48 hours
Use a sauna, steam room, or any heating treatment for 24 hours
Bathe for 24 hours (When showering do not use extremely hot water)
Have sexual intercourse for 24 hours (sweat + friction = ingrown hairs)
Swim in chlorinated water for 24 hours
Do not apply makeup, body sprays, or deodorant to a waxed are for 24 hours
